Our story

From Vietnam to Orange County.

Our journey began in Tuy Hòa City, Vietnam, where Mr. Truong Van Tien and his wife carefully roasted, brewed, and perfected their coffee-making craft. Inspired by the strong, aromatic flavors of Robusta and Arabica beans, they passed their knowledge down through generations. When our family moved to Orange County, we brought this passion with us, opening Taty’s Specialty Coffee and Tea to share the authentic experience of Vietnamese coffee and tea with our community. At Taty’s, every sip tells a story: one of heritage, care, and a love for bold, high-quality brews. What started as a small café in Tuy Hòa City, Vietnam, has grown into a beloved coffee destination in Westminster and Garden Grove, CA.
